All Out Investigations is owned and operated by retired NYPD Lieutenant Patrick Perry who served 27 years in numerous units in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Our investigators and security officers have many years of law enforcement experience. We provide both armed an unarmed security. We install security cameras and sweep for bugs. All Out conducts name/background checks. We pride ourself on Confidentiality.
