All Out Security is owned and operated by retired NYPD Lieutenant Patrick Perry who served 27 years in numerous units in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island and Michael Dicecco a retired NYPD Sergeant who also served 27 years in numerous units in Brooklyn and Staten Island Our security officers have many years of law enforcement experience. We provide armed and unarmed Security.
